Sodexo faced several challenges, particularly when it came to data transparency, data consolidation, and optimization of their website. A central problem was the lack of a central overview of all online marketing figures. This deficit made it difficult to effectively control, analyze and strategically plan all marketing measures. In addition, there was a lack of a performance dashboard that summarizes all relevant KPIs in real time, which hindered quick and efficient decision-making.

Webnique implemented a comprehensive solution that gave Sodexo a clear data architecture, improved tracking, and KPI optimization. At the heart of our solutions was the development of an overview of online marketing figures and the creation of a performance dashboard. This now allows Sodexo to monitor all relevant data and KPIs at a glance and to make data-driven decisions. With the Performance Dashboard, Sodexo can monitor its data in real time and significantly increase the efficiency of its online marketing activities.

The connection between Google Data Studio/Looker Studio and Shopware has resulted in a single, reliable data source. This allows Sodexo to seamlessly monitor all KPIs and generate reports.

Marketing KPIs are synchronized from Google Data Studio to Shopware via a specially developed API.
